I enjoy my classes very much. There is one thing topping bow classes with adults: bow classes with kids, since some years bow classes with kids are my personal affair. Maybe you cant imagine to coach the so called net generation in making bowsn arrows the old way for a for one school year, it is so great, to see those kids cutting a bow stave with a draw knife or an axe up with pics like that:.
Detail of Bakewell survey map with modern street plan showing position of William Greig farm marked, and Garden land fronted the Plenty River on the corner of present day Allima Avenue and Tarcoola Drive, Yallambie. In the midst of the big property bang, it appears that Campbell agreed to sell this land on easy terms to a 24 year old Scot from Fife, William Greig, whose “Farm Day Book” written at Yallambie from October, 1840 to February, 1841 constitutes one of the earliest and most interesting primary accounts of small scale crop farming in the Port Phillip District in the early 1840s. The manuscript, now in the Mitchell Library NSW, illustrates over a five month period the experiences of this nave young man, very much a stranger in a strange land.

As this is an Oud, the smell is fairly intense but soft and subtle at the same time and not over powering like some more traditional Ouds that are out on the market. In terms of longevity; as I said earlier, it’s a long lasting fragrance and I could still smell it on the sleeve of my top this morning that I wore yesterday. I would save this one for the evening if you are heading out somewhere nice because it’s quite a sophisticated scent if that makes sense?! Probably doesn’t.
